Before booking a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand the cancellation policy.
I know that sometimes things comes up, and unexpected events happen that can keep you from going on a trip you’ve planned. If you’re totally sure you aren’t able to make it to the retreat, the best thing you can do is cancel.
I’ve made our cancellation policy as easy to understand as I can.
All deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due 60 days before the retreat start date.
The remaining balance is refundable 14 days prior to the retreat start date.
It’s my intention to make things as simple as possible for anyone who wants to go on a retreat, while balancing the administrative and business realities.
This is done by approaching any unforeseen circumstance that comes up with understanding, compassion, and forgiveness.
From that place, a solution can always be found.
