Hip and knee replacements are on the rise. While static stretching can feel nice and has its benefits, passive inputs equal passive results.
Active inputs, from mobility training, however, equals active results. Before we practice strength or flexibility, one would do well to develop a mobility practice. Exploring the active range of motion of your joints should be the foundation of your physical practice.
